Serial not valid

Since yesterday we get this error, all of our devolutiosn users.

When we put it in manually, we get this error;

Licenses are valid till 2024.
Our whole IT department relies on this tool :-)

Hello,

Your version of RDM does not support Enterprise (up to 50 users) / Platinum (51+ users) version of RDM licenses. Could you confirm if that is what you are trying to input?

RDM 2022.3 or above is required for the new license type. If you cannot upgrade your RDM, you can write to sales@devolutions.net to receive an older version of the license key.
