Icon (favicon) issue when adding tabs to an embedded web page

Hello,

We are using RDM Teams 2022.3.16.0 and we have just discovered that an annoyance present in the older versions (which we forgot to report) is still present with the latest version.

Say you have an entry for a web site, and that you import an icon for that web site (either .ico or .png, doesn't matter the format). Let's also assume that the imported icon dimensions are greater than the size normally used in the Navigator pane, as well as in the tabbed opened sessions. RDM imports the icon and correctly scales down internally the glyph.

Now, let's say that within an opened web session, for which we have assigned an icon as above, another tab is opened (we meant: another tab in the embedded web browser, not another RDM session tab). What happens is that the the new tab shows either the web site's favicon, or the custom icon we have assigned (which are the same, in our case is the Gitea icon), whose dimensions ARE NOT scaled down. The effect can be seen in the snapshot below:

When there is a single WEB tab open, it is correctly not shown in the embedded session.

We hope the description is clear enough for you.

Thanks.

A quick addendum: the RDM entry custom icon may not be an issue, seems more a problem in the embedded web engine (Microsoft Edge WebViewer in our case)

Hello,

We've done several fixes for HDPI and image settings. This particular issue should be fixed for the 2023 version.
