For demo purposes, I'm creating a few entries to recreate a situation we have at a customer site to our test environment.
I want to use a jump host that needs a VPN connection. But somehow I can't get it to work. I'm receiving the following error:
I suppose that the issue is that in the settings Window I cannot select the VPN entry as explained in Yann's video.
Due to the issue mentioned on the forum post MFA database connection broken in 2022.3.x.x I'm running 2022.2.29.0.

This issue has been fixed in the latest version of RDM. Would it be possible for you to create a portable installation of RDM and see if this issue still occurs? To do so, you will need to do the following:
1- Download the .zip file below:
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbin
2- Create a new folder on your Desktop
3- Extract the content of the .zip file into the folder created at #2
4- Go to this folder once the .zip file has been extracted and run remotedesktopmanager64.exe
5- Register your license
6- Use the local data source created by default to perform this test.

What was the solution? I have the same problem, the "Settings (Session)" tab is blank for me, or uneditable when it does show fields. If i close and restart the application, I can access it exactly one time, regardless of whether I make changes, or just change tabs or close the screen. On that first access, I can make and save changes though. I can also connect successfully as long as the settings I save are correct.
I am running the latest version on windows, 2022.3.24.0 64-bit.

The latest version is 2022.3.27.0. In that version the issue is fixed (released a few days ago)

I just updated to that version, it wasnt available yesterday when I was trying to resolve the issue.
It still persists though. I can view the "Settings (Session)" tab once when the application is first launched, then afterwards its blank until I restart the program again.
