Problems switching to new bought License, Help needed

Hello all,

i would need help directly from the Devolutions Team if possible.

We ordered a new license and I am falling into problems to switch to the new one.

Can somebody of the Dev Team private message me so i can send the new license (and old) key to check if both are actual the same and if the new one is already ready to use.
