Uncheck option "Always prompt for passphrase" from powershell

Are you referring to the GPO "Force the user to always be prompted for the passphrase while connecting to a data source that is protected by a Passphrase Security Provider"?

If so, you would need to modify the registry of your machine, but it would be overridden every you open your Windows session.
