Add Tab Page / Color settings to User Interface in vault root settings

Hello,
As per the subject, would it be possible to add the definitions of Tab (tab group) and Color to the vault root node settings? This would avoid the usage of a Domain folder when the Domain folder is the unique child of the vault. See the snapshots below.
From this, where there is a single child (a domain folder):
To something like this (it's just a mock-up):
The above can be done with the current version (2022.2.24.0) but we would loose the tab group and colors definitions, as the root node has no provision for them.

I am not sure to understand the use case of this request. What is currently missing from RDM? Where would you like to see this option?

This section in the Domain folder
Is missing / different in the Vault Settings (root node)
Indeed, the User Interface section in Vault Settings is the Custom Fields section of other entries, and the real User Interface section is missing. As such, we can't remove the single child Domain folder (see other post) as the vault's root node has no provision for user interface settings.
