Hi,
Could you add an option for template settings to make Confluence url link mandatory please?
We want our staff to provide the link when they create new customers folder and that's a food way to enforce it.
It could word exactly as the other mandaotry field in the template settings, no need to reinvent the wheel.
Something else that could be really great is the possibilty to open Confluence in external mode instead embeded.
Actually we have to login to Confluence into RDM and look at the documentation there where we already have a browser opened on the other screen.

Hello,
I have opened a ticket to add the confluence URL as a mandatory field. We will see if we can have this for RDM 2022.3.
I have also opened a different ticket to allow opening in external, we will have to see what makes most sense as a workflow and figure out a solution from there.

Exactly. As of yet, we can't provide a timeline for when the external feature will be implemented.

I also noticed that we need to login every time we goes on the Confluence tab.
RDM should use the SSO from Edge or the validation Token provided from DVLS, what do you think?

We're currently discussing ideas as to how we would implement the external feature. Maybe leave the tab as it is, but when you click on it it opens up in an external browser? We want to make this as easy to use as possible, so we welcome any input if you have an idea.
For the Confluence login issue, there is the Confluence section in "My Account Settings" that you could use in order to avoid being prompted for a login every time. Does this work for you?
