Letters replaced by question marks after a while when there's accentuation

Hi, i'm using this magnific tool in english, but my native language is brazilian portuguese (so, sorry for any errors in my communication).

I noticed that sometimes some letter with accentuation are replaced by unknown question marks in the descriptions.

I understand that the tools accepts the accentuation, because some of my registers have then correct, this only happens once in a while, but i wasn't able to identify what causes it.
Here's a quick example, It should be "usuários" (users)

Is there any commom issues about this, some practice to avoid or is accentuation not supported even on free text fields?

Also, is there a place or some way where i can contribute to a translation do brazilian portuguese?
I prefer to use it in english, but i have some friends in the IT area that i showed the product and they loved the tool, but to use the enterprise version in scale they would need it preferably in portuguese.

If there's a project for contribution to translation (if needed) i'm willing to help on some free time.

I have a few questions which you can hopefully answer.

  • Which version of RDM are you using?
  • Which type of data source are you using?


I'm also wondering if this issue occurs for you with a specific type of entry or if this affects all entry "Descriptions'"?
