Hi,

I'm attempting to register the RDM software, but the "Register with Devolutions Account" option does not open a window to login. It simply says "waiting for Devolutions Account Login" indefinitely.

I also don't seem to have a Serial in my account when I login to the Devolutions Portal. So I can't manually register.

Hello Gary,

Thank you for contacting us regarding this matter.

The web page should be opened in your default browser; if it is already open, it will simply open a new tab. In any case, here is an RDM Free Serial number you can use: 41LV3-ROII9-WLNFT-VGEBV-7W5U9

For your information, we will no longer require a serial in RDM Free in the next major update this November. We will have a blog available later about this.
