User ID / password related question about Remote Desktop Manager (Devolutions)

I use my Domain Admin account when accessing most of my Remote Desktop servers. I have my servers arranged in various folders within Remote Desktop Manager. It's tedious to open the properties of every server to configure a user ID and password. Is there an easier way to configure the user ID and password properties for multiple servers?

Hello PJ,

We recommend setting the credentials at either the top level folder, or any desired folder. You can then set the remote session entries to use inherited credentials: https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/rdm_entry_credentials_options.html

To change all your entries at the same time, you can use the batch edit feature: https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/commands_batchedit.html
