Hello, is it possible to change the email address used to login to Devolutions Account? My email address has changed and I'd like to update it without losing any data source.

For security reasons, we are no longer performing change email requests for cloud accounts.
You would need to create a new account, transfer the data that you would like to keep, and delete the old account (if necessary).
If some invoices need to be associated with the new email address, let me know, this change would need to be performed by our sales department.

While we have no guide to assist with this. The transfer mostly consists of adding manually the product keys that are still valid under the "My serials" section of your old account into your new account. This can be done by using the "+" sign found at the top right corner of this section.

Do you own licenses for our other products? If not that would explain why you can only automatically import your Devolutions Server license using the "Import From Invoice" feature.
Have you tried using the "Add Manually" option? It should allow you to add the serials you had under your old account manually.
