Hello,
I have just upgraded RDM to the latest version and when I
launch I am getting an upgrade DB request
However when I try to upgrade I get the following error
I have checked and the account I am using is a DB owner so its not a permissions error, anyone else had this issue?
Cheers,
Graham
Hello Graham,
Thank you for contacting us on that matter!
We have identified the source of this issue. In order to correct it, could you please please go under File -> Data Sources -> Edit (Pen icon) -> Upgrade and use the "Email Schema to support" button?
We will analyze your schema and send you a query to fix this table.
Best regards,
Richard Boisvert
Richard got me to run the following
ALTER SCHEMA dbo TRANSFER [Domain\Username].[PamCheckoutPolicy];GO
Against our RDM database and this fixed the issue and upgrade worked.
Hello Graham,
Glad your issue was fixed.
For everyone else, please note the domain\username (after the TRANSFER) may be different in your environment, it is safer to send us the SQL schema so we can validate it.
Best regards,
Richard Boisvert
For any else experiencing the issue, the next release of RDM (v2022.2.15) will automatically resolve this issue.
In the meantime, please contact Support for assistance.
