What app is the paste destination?

Use the Clipboard Diagnostic tool to try to figure out what is "taking" the content of the clipboard.

When you use Copy username & password it starts a process where it first makes the username available via the clipboard then once that has been requested it will put the password. This method only allows for a single paste of each but if something takes/peeks/reads the clipboard content prior to your paste the values are gone. The clipboard diagnostic should identify what process/application is stealing the clipboard values. You can then go ahead and block certain processes or apply a delay so that RDM keeps the clipboard available for some time after the initial request.

When testing, test with NotePad.exe as the past destination first to reduce the number of variables of the behaviour. Then once you get it working with NotePad move to your desired paste destination.

Tested with Clipboard Diagnostic. Nothing shows in block list and I get and Allowlisted of RemotedesktopManager64 but nothing is pasted from the session. But I can do Copy username then do copy password and that works but not username and password

The list you want to look at is the Allowlisted (Status tab) of the Clipboard Diagnostics dialog. This will list all applications that requested and received the contents of the Clipboard. So for example if you copy username/password and paste into NotePad.exe you should only see the notepad process in the list, anything else is likely the cause of the issue. If this is the case, right-click on the other process, select Add and create a blocklist rule to prevent that process to receive and paste from the clipboard (only we originated from RDM, won't affect any other clipboard activity). With the blocklist in place test again. Did it work?

For the reason Copy Username & Copy Password works is they have the option to use the Legacy or Paste once (secure) clipboard method. They work most likely work with the setting set to Legacy.

If for some reason you can't get Copy Username & Password to work, you can disable them from the UI. Simply set Credential copy options set it to Copy Username and Copy Password buttons (2 buttons) and make sure Clipboard copy method is set to Legacy.
