RDM license and environment config lost after Windows hard reset

Hello,

In case I do hard reset of Windows (hold power button to turn off and boot again) RDM is asking again for license info and all configured custom environment variables are lost. Why and how to prevent that?

Hello,

Are you using the Free or the Enterprise edition of Remote Desktop Manager?
If you are using the Enterprise edition, could you confirm your Datasource type?

Hello,

Thank you for your quick reply! Are you using RDM in a terminal server, Citrixx, or VDI environment? The configuration of the application is saved under %LocalAppdata% -> Devolutions -> RemoteDesktopManager. Would it be possible for you to make sure that nothing is interfering with this path?
