Quick-Search/Nav-Search - Name and Description
Is there any way to search name and description in all vaults (incl. user vault)?
Neither Quick Search nor "normal" Navigation-Search can do both.
Quick Search is looking in all vaults (incl. user vault), but unfortunately only for names...description is ignored.
Navigation-Search seems to exclude the user vault completely now. I think, this worked some versions ago.
And if "All Vaults" is ticked, "include Description" no longer works...

Thank you for contacting us regarding this,
I would like to confirm which version of RDM you're using?
That being said, I believe what you're looking for would be the "Multi-Vault Search" you can access this by pressing the "..." button inside your "Navigation Pane" "Search Bar" and selecting "Multi-Vault Search".
Once open you can add the "Name" and "Description" fields to your search, all vaults including the "User Vault" should be included in the results

If we would like to use Password Hub Business in a MSP Model this could be useful.
Or would you recommend not to use multiple Vaults for each customer as the permission Management is manageable?

In fact, in a MSP model, I would recommend having 1 vault per customer. Using this method will allow you to manage easily the permissions and the sessions.

Is this multi-vault search also available in the Web-Plugin (https://devolutions.net/web-login/) oder Web-Interface (*..devolutions.app)?

I do not believe this is available in the DWL extension,
I'm assuming you're using Password Hub is that correct? From my understanding when performing a search in Password Hub it should provide matches from all vaults to which you have access.
