Double click in vault not working after update

Hi,

I updated from 2021.2 to 2022.1 and since upgrading i can no longer start new sessions by double clicking on an entry in the vault / tree view.
Only right click launch or enter will start a new session.

I've gone through all the settings but couldn't see anything of use. (For reference I do have Application password protection turned on)
Double click does work fine from the recent tab

Anyone know how to get the double click working again in the vault?

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!

Would it be possible for you to go under Help -> About and provide us the exact version number that you are on? The reason why we ask is that a fix was made for an issue related to the double click in the latest versions. While it was related to the "Auto Refresh" it could also apply to this case.

If you would like to try the latest version of RDM without affecting your current environment, you could create a portable installation of the tool. To do so, you will need to do the following:

1- Download the .zip file below:
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbin
2- Create a new folder on your Desktop
3- Extract the content of the .zip file into the folder created at #2
4- Go in this folder once the .zip file has been extracted and run remotedesktopmanager64.exe
5- Enter your current serial

Hi James,

I am using the free edition, I was using version 2022.1.23.0 - 64-bit, i did check for updates before posting, but checking again today shows there is 2022.1.25.0 - 64-bit
So i just updated and the issue still occurs.

I downloaded the free zip and that works without any issues.

Thank you for performing this test!

Since the portable installation of RDM Free works for you, I would recommend closing RDM and then doing the following:

1- Go under your %localappdata% -> Devolutions -> RemoteDesktopManagerFree folder
2- Locate your "remotedesktopmanagerfree.cfg" file and rename it "remotedesktopmanagerfree.old"
3- Once this is done, launch RDM once more
4- Enter your RDM Free serial and see if the same issue occurs.
