"Batch Edit (Session Type Settings)" overrides Host field on all selected entries
Hi
If we do a "Batch Edit (Session Type Settings)" to add for example a Gateway setting to each SSH entry, the function also overwrite the "Host" field on each entry with the content of the Host field from the first selected element.
Now each selected entry from the batch edit has the same endpoint IP / FQDN.
Thank you!

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us on that matter!
Sorry for the inconvenience, this is a limitation of the batch edit when it is used on SSH Shell entries. That being said, a ticket is opened with our Engineering Department to make an improvement that will allow it to work as it already does for other types of entries.
We will keep you informed as soon as progress will be made on this feature.
To revert this change on your entries, I would recommend using the "Entry History" feature. For more information, please consult this link: https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/home_sessionhistory.html
Best regards,
James Lafleur
I also have this problem. I only have 183 entries to edit :(
Hello Bruce,
Our Engineering Department has informed me that in RDM 2022.2, they have improved the batch edit feature on SSH entries. That said until this version is released, I would recommend the use of the "Custom PowerShell Command" feature to apply your changes on multiple SSH entries at once.
To do so, please refer to this link: https://help.remotedesktopmanager.com/pscustomactions.html
If you have any questions, please let me know!
Best regards,
James Lafleur
