Workspace app / Push Nitification
Hi support
with the new release of workspace app (not the latest, the new with rebranding) i lost Push Notification...they no longer arrive on my App.
In this period i put the code manually..but how i can restore the push notification?

Hi, i'm sorry to hear that. This is a bug and we're working on it. In the next version (2022.1.4) we've added a new Sync feature to ensure that these problems doesn't happen again. But for now, you can simply log in into your Devolutions account at https://portal.devolutions.com/ and setup a new two-step verification with push notification by deleting the old one and reconfiguring it.

Hi, the new version (2022.1.4) is out! To make your push notification entry work again, you just have to go to the Settings section and in the Cloud backup options setting. If you use the backup option you will see the Sync button.
If you don't, you'll have to reconfigure the push notification entry again in the Devolutions portal. Note that if you do reconfigure it, you can activate the cloud backup option so this issue won't happen again in the future.
