Close alone

As per the crash logs, you have provided us, this issue is caused by a Faulting module in Windows:

Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll

Per the information we have gathered on that matter, this issue is tied to Windows and not RDM itself.
For this reason, the only thing we can suggest is to run the following tools:

I have run your recommendation but hte problem persist with RDM version free.
I run on windows 11 latest release on computer capable running w11.

RDM freeze and close alone when i open a web page using SSH tunnel. The page sometimes not open, separator stay black and RDM freeze and past 5 or 10 second close alone. The pages sometime open, freeze RDM and RDM freeze and past 5 or 10 second close and sometime i close separator web and not close and RDM freeze and past 5 or 10 second close alone.

Sometimes works fine during hours, sometimes after 5 or 10 minutes the problem appear...

This problem only happend with RDM. with other application i haven't problems.

In that case, would it be possible for you to go under File -> Options -> User Interface, change the "Wait Progress Mode" to "Status Bar" and see if the same issue occurs if you launch these connections once more?
