Key functions not working propely

Hi,

I have to admit I don't understand what you mean by "key functions ' or ` ". For me, ' and ` are plain characters and produce the same output as in the legacy terminal. It seems we don't use terminology the same way 🙂 so I'm a bit confused.

In order to understand your problem, I have some questions: What keyboard layout are you using? What do you expect those keys to do? Are they used alone or with a modifier (ctrl shift alt)?

As for the legacy terminal, it has been deprecated for quite some time, and was indeed removed. But I'm sure we can fix RDM's terminal in this case.

Sorry, i didn't explained it right. Think i lost it in my own translation( i'm not native english)
What i mean is that is should act like "plain text" . We use alliases on our unix systems.
For example when is use our command cd `ig log` is will bring me to the log dir of the machine.

When is use putty i can type the ` and then the rest of the command, but when is use RMD i get to ` and then the cursor will move back instead letting me type the rest of the command.

I hope i explained it a bit.

I used EN-US but i found out that the Terminal Server where i'm working on was on Dutch and didnt sync the settings of my local machine.
Changed it to EN-US and now it working!
