A report including documentation would be very helpful so that we could create documentation for our customers.

What kind of information would you need for this report? Do you just want to know which entries have or don't have documentation?

Thank you. I've opened a feature request ticket for this. Our plan right now would be to modify the existing "Entry Information" report to have an option to include documentation.
