Renewing licence a yearly recurring pain. Assistance required asap

Today i received a notification when i started RDM that it was time again to renew my yearly licence. I went through the steps and when it came to entering my VISA things, i got a message that my card could not be verified. Super irritating of course, because of all the companies i buy software from Devolutions is the only one that year after year is giving me trouble with purchases. And regardless of that i still like RDM a lot.
So please can anybody help me with this, of alther my subscription to an automatic renewing licence or something. I need RDM to work at all times

Thanks for contacting us.

I can see you've been able to renew on our website, have you received your serial?

We do not offer automatic renewal as a matter of regulation. We can't keep credit card in our files and that is why we do not offer automatic renewal.

If ever you want, we offer 3 year subscription which would make you only renew once every 3 years and you would save 20%:)

Please contact us at sales@devolutions.net and we can help you upgrade to a 3 year license if ever you feel it would be good for you.
