I'm using Remote Desktop Manager Free version 2022.1.21. I'm always connected to 10 Windows Servers using RDP and tabs.
Since the last update, I loose the ability to change tab by clicking on it. I can right click, but there's no way to get the focus on it again.
Also, if I right-click on a "frozen" tab and select "properties", I get the properties from the connection I'm focused on.
The only way to reget access is to close the connection, and then reopen it.
I also notice when installing the update, that it installed something regarding Edge WebView? Could it be the cause of my problem?
Hello,
We have fixed an issue similar to this in our internal branch. I'm curious to know if the shortcut to select next/previous tab works?
Regards
David Hervieux
Hi David,
Yes, the shortcut with CTRL-SHIFT-ARROW works now. I was not able to use it yesterday.
But not the shortcut to select a specific tab (CTRL-Number) doesn't work.
Oh and the shortcut with the arrow doesn't always work. Right now, I couldn't go left at first, but after going right through the tab, it unlock the backward navigation.
Hello,
This will be fixed in the next version. I hope to release it next week.
Regards
David Hervieux
I just updated to version 2022.1.23.0 on RDM Free. At first, couldn't switch to any tabs using CTRL-SHIFT-Arrow or clicks after "restoring" my tabs just after the upgrade.
But after closing all them and reopen them, everything seems to work correctly for now.
I'll let you know if I get any issue again. Thank you!
