What DVLS version are you using?
Can you verify the domain and forest functional level of your environment?

Both domain and forest levels are Windows Server 2016

Have you configured the URL to reach your DVLS instance in RDM as it's set in the Access URI in the IIS tab of the DVLS settings? This URL is case sensitive and I see that the IIS Application pool is set with DVLS in capital letter.

I tried changing to lowercase letters but then I only got this during login
When I use capital letters the login works as it should
Then after login, I get those errors that are listed above.

It seems that your DVLS instance is having some problems when getting the list of your domain controllers.
Is the Administration credentials parameter is properly configured in the Domain settings of your DVLS?

@everyone we have solved the authentication because of an issue with the migration of the domain configuration to the new table. Once we have wiped out the current domain settings and set it back properly, then the authentication is working properly.
