Is it possible to make an ssh connection with currently active scp connection like in Winscp using putty with current session credentials?

Hello Ozgur,

Thank you for contacting us regarding this,

I would recommend using the "SFTP" option in this case, I'm not sure if this would be suitable for you?

You can enable this by going in your "SSH Shell" entry "Properties" under the "Terminal" -> "Advanced" section and checking the option "Use SFTP connection for remote file transfer".

Let me know if this helps,

Best regards,

I could not find that "Use SFTP connection for remote file transfer" option in any SFTP connection properties windows. Can you share a screen shot?

I need to be able to jump to ssh shell from SFTP connection in case I need to type any command.

Hello Ozgur,

My apologies for the confusion this option can be found directly in your "SSH Shell" entry "Properties" here is a screenshot:

Hello Ozgur,

With this configuration, you can transfer files with the file explorer which you can find on the left side of the terminal.

Let me know if this helps,
