RDM 2022.1.12 -- missing Connection Option without Gateway

I've updated to RDM 2022.1.12.0
We are using Devolutions Gateway - with the previus Version of RDM we had the Connection Option like "Open Session without Gateway".
Is it possible to enable this againg? I can't find any option for this.

I don't think we intended to remove this feature. We will open a ticket to investigate.

After investigation, this feature was removed on purpose by popular demand. A lot of users wanted to enforce the Gateway on their sessions without the possibility of bypassing it.
Is your use case to not use the Gateway when working locally but use it when working remotely? If so, would the option "Connect if unable to ping/port scan" work for you? With this option, we would ping your entry's host before opening the session and if the ping fails then we would open the Gateway.
If this is not your use case or the "Connect if unable to ping/port scan" does not work for you, would it be possible to explain to us your use case so we can work on a solution that works for you as well as our other users?
