Inventory / Asset - How To..

Looking for anywhere there is some basic information on how to use Inventory / My Inventory / Asset / Load from Inventory
I see references to using wmic, however there is no basic information in KB or Documentation.
Is there not a HowTo somewhere??

When clicking on My Inventory, all i get is the stupid loading screen and a hung RDM.
