Unable to connect to Cisco NCS 5001

Unable to connect to Cisco NCS 5001

avatar

Hi,
we use Cisco NCS 5001 for some network devices. Even with all ciphers selected into the options we can't connect to those devices while it is working with Putty the same way as all other network devices.
Any suggestion, test to do will be welcome.
The error message received is:
An unexpected error occured. Error code: FAIL (-1) Non specific error.
Thanks

Hi,
all ciphers are already activated in the global options.
Solution to "skip environment variable setup" is working but is seems that we have to manual enter username and password in this case. Is there a workaround for this ?
Thanks

Hello,

To my knowledge that shouldn't be happening.

Could you send me a screenshot of the SSH entry's configuration in Properties > General ?

You send it to me through private message
