Hello,

I believe the first thing you'll have to do is write your IP in the "Host" field instead of the IP field. Then, in your Web Browser entry, type http://$COMPUTER_HOST$ in the "website" field.

In regards to the enabling of Devolutions Web Login (DWL), you'll need to change your "Web browser" to a compatible one, as IE is not supported by this extension, here's where you can download the DWL extension, it also lists all the compatible browsers: https://devolutions.net/web-login

If you have any further inquiries or issues, don't hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Hello,

As mentioned in my last reply, the reason you can not use Devolutions Web Login (DWL) is because your Web Browser is set to default, which is internet explorer, which does not support Devolutions Web Login.

You'll need to switch to Chrome or Edge in order to use DWL.

Sorry for the late reply.
Now it works, thanks for the support.
But I had to make one change.

If I set the host to "inherited" the autologin dosen't work.
When I set the host field to "custom" rdm logs in automaically

Hello,

I'm glad that everything is working fine !

Indeed, inherited mode is actually used when you want your entry to get it's information from the folder it's located in

I didn't catch that when you originally sent the image.
