RDM Freezes with Keeper credentials

We currently have RDM with a AzureSQL db attached to it + AzureAD integration for SSO in RDM + screenrecording.
We store our credentials in Keeper and use the domain SSO option when adding the credentials, everything works perfectly however a couple of times per day when a handful of sessions are open and you open a new one you see the Keeper web popup flashing by in the screen like it always does, and then the new session won't open and the whole RDM client freezes up. It's not crashing but somehow hangs in the flow for requesting those creds from Keeper, you must kill the application to resume working. I have already installed the latest version -> 2021.2.28.0 but the 2 versions before this one also had the same problem.

Hopefully, you can assist with this issue, it's not ideal to have to restart your RDM a couple of times per day. I also don't see an error in the application logs when the freeze happens.
