Top pane and autohide
Hi
I have my Top pane set to Autohide to get as much RDP space as possible, when having a RDP connection open, and accessing the Top pane, the RDP connection is reconnecting/auto sizing which shouldn't be necessary since the top pane hides again after I leave it and the RDP connection has to reseize back again.
Can't the top menu be made as an overlay or something, so the RDP session doesn't flicker and I have to wait for it to resize back again?
Furthermore it doesn't hide before I click something else, which is okay, but when the active tab is an RDP connection the click is not registred in RDM, because it is sent to the RDP server, and therefore doesn't autohide.
And sometimes it seams to just decide to switch to "Show tabs and commands".

I believe I was able to replicate at least part of your issue. It seems that the top pane, when unpinned and opened, does not retract when clicking inside the Dashboard section of the interface, even if not currently in a session. I will open a ticket to report this issue to our engineering team.
Regarding the sizing option, I would like to verify what display options you have in your RDP sessions. Would it be possible to provide me a screenshot of the Display tab of the properties of one of your RDP sessions?

Yes, I will provide one tomorrow when I get to work.
But I'm curious what your looking after? - I know that I have Enabled auto reconnect when size change and my resize option is smart reconnect.
But still, bringing down the top panel shouldn't change the size of the tab area, it should just be an "overlay" or am I wrong?
The part with it decides to change to Show Tab and commands is probably if I move the windows by holding down on the windows title and dragging it to another screen.

The problem is that "is should just be an overlay" is not simple. We use a third party and it's not designed this way. I will have to investigate and perhaps ask them for a feature request. The hide/show trigger a Resize event and I'm not sure what we can do for that. I agree that would be a better experience if we can find a solution.
