Quick Access Toolbar - Refresh

Hello

After every update, my quick access toolbar is gone. Normally, I can reset it and it's fine again till the next update.
Unfortunately, the last update caused some inconvenience... The refresh button is gone and no matter what I try, I'm unable to get the refresh button in the quick access toolbar.

Does anyone have an idea how I can get my refresh button back in the toolbar?

I think this is the same issue as this: QAT missing elements (devolutions.net)

Exactly, was looking for other mentions on the forum but nothing showed up.

It's weird that it seems that not every one is experiencing this...

Yes, I just fixed mine by going to "Reset Application Layout":

Yeah, tried that. Normally that was the fix I needed to do after every update.
But this time the refresh button doesn't come back...

@Nick,

Maybe we can try to delete all the layout files.

To delete the layout files, please do the following:

  • Close RDM
  • Navigate to %localappdata%\Devolutions\RemoteDesktopManager
  • Delete all the *.lyt files
  • Restart RDM
