Custom installer Manager no *.exe

Hello,
I just created a custom installer package successfully, but I am just able to download this as a MSI-File.
In every guide/documentation you say, that I am able to choose between .exe and .MSI.
But the .exe is missing.
What did i wrong?

We removed it recently because eventually we will just support the MSI as a custom install due to a possible system overhaul.
