Using OTP from "My Personal Credentials"
I have added the OTP settings to My Personal Credentials (File > My Account Settings > My Personal Credentials), however whenever I try to use the OTP in sessions I receive an error "The key is either empty or contains invalid characters.".
If I create a separate credential entry of type "One-Time Password (OTP)" copying the account and key from my personal vault I can use it in sessions as I would expect.
I've seen this behaviour with both Web Browser and RDP session types.

You're right, the OTP isn't working when set in My Personal Credentials. We'll open a ticket and let you know when we have any updates.

- Is it the free or enterprise edition?

I figured it out... I was trying to select the credentials inside the template. Instead I configured the 'host' to select the credentials and the template to 'inherit'. now it is working
