Hi, excuse a dumb question here.
Really love the remote desktop manager :)
I run it on windows and I have a folder (type server) and beneath it 1 RDP and 1 AnyDesk connection. If I right click the folder it seems to be possible to send a WOL package, but I have no where to enter the mac-address? The error message says "no mac address specified in the session information". Can anyone give me a tip where to put the mac?
Have a great day!
Hello,
I'm glad to hear that!
I'm assuming you're referring to "Wake On Lan" is that correct? If so, you can find the configuration for this option in your entry "Properties" under the "Wake On Lan" tab which is under the "Management Tools" section.
Let me know if this helps,
Best regards,
Samuel Dery
Hi Samuel,
Thank you so much for the reply, yea I told you it was a stupid question, I needed to toggle the "advanced mode" on to see the WOL area ;-)
But inside the Wake on LAN tab I can only set a broadcast IP, I'm not sure why because I guess the remote desktop manager must be on the same LAN anyways to send the package? But now in advanced mode I can set a MAC under VIEW > ASSET :-) so I'll try that
Hello,
Perfect, if you have further questions let me know,
Best regards,
