Hi,
I am using RDM on Windows.
I use linked Credentials from my 1Password Vault.
1Password is configured with additional 2FA using DUO.
The expected Behavior (for 1 Password Apps and Browser Extensions) is to use the DUO 2FA whenever a _new_ Device or application is configured to use my 1Password Vault.
Right now while using RDM i am prompted for DUO 2FA every time a credential is requested.
So if i connect to 5 Remote Desktop Sessions at once i get 5 separate 2FA Prompts every time - even if the same credential is used.
According to a Ticket i raised for that matter i was told that at the moment this behavior is by design:
--
The current behavior with 1Password is to prompt each time a 1Password entry is launched. If you would like to suggest an alternative to our engineering team,
--
So here i am - i would like to ask if it's possible to change this behavior (or at least let me choose how this should be handled) so that RDM behaves like 1Password App for that matter:
-> RDM should only ask for 2FA one time when initially connecting to my 1Password Account and store this Token/Cookie whatever
-> For subsequent lookups my stored credentials should be sufficient (along with the Token)
Thanks !

Hello Peter,
Thanks for the request. We will see what we can do. There is currently a working "remember me" feature when using TOTP 2FA, such as Google Authenticator, and I confirm that this one works as you would expect. I'm hoping that this is a simple addition to the DUO 2FA method. We will update this thread once we have an update.

that's actually great to read - looking forward to this addtion.

Hello Peter,
Just to let you know, we haven't been able to reproduce the issue in our development environment. It seems to already correctly save a token to be reused on subsequent usage of the 1Password entry.
We will see if our QA department is able to reproduce this. Perhaps it's something in the way RDM is configured that could cause this.
