Database templates with Devolutions Online Drive?

It's indeed not supported using Online Drive, however, it's possible using Hub Personal.

Maybe you could give a try and switch to this datasource after? Here's the link for the creation:

You're suggesting I migrate all my saved sessions to the "Password Hub Personal"? Does that store more than just credentials?

All your sessions type are supported in Hub personal. Same as Online Drive since you are using it with RDM.

I created a password hub data source, but when I got to the manage templates screen all the buttons are greyed out. There isn't a Database tab, and I can't create new templates. I probably wasn't clear before, but I'm wanting to create session and folder templates, not password templates. Should that work with the personal hub?

According to my tests, the Templates are supported with the Hub Personal data source. Would it be possible for you to create a portable installation of the latest version of RDM and see if this issue still occurs? To do so, you will need to do the following:

1- Download the .zip file below:
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbin
2- Create a new folder on your Desktop
3- Extract the content of the .zip file into the folder created at #2
4- Go in this folder once the .zip file has been extracted and run remotedesktopmanager64.exe
5- Enter your current serial
6- Connect to your Hub Personal data source
7- Try to create a template

It seems to work with that portable version. If I switch back to the installed copy, it still doesn't work. I also noticed the portable version is calling it "Entry Templates", whereas the installed version just has "Templates".

Wait, I just created a test session in the personal hub in my installed copy, and now the Templates page is working and shows the template I created using the portable version. I was following the original instructions from above, so I hadn't created any sessions yet. It seems like at least one session has to exist before the templates feature works.

After deleting that "test" session, the templates page is still working, even after closing and restarting RDM. Thought you'd like to know.
