Hi,

I have updated to the latest version 2021.2.26.0 64-BIT, but since the update however, I am no longer able to see my 1password credentials list.
I just get the error: "Unable to retrieve 1password credentials".
The settings have not been adjusted, so everything should still be correct.

My colleges are also experiencing the same issue.

Thank you for contacting us on that matter!

It seems that 1Password made some changes on their side that are causing issues with our integration. A ticket is open for our engineering team to look into this issue and solve the error.

Thank you for investigating this. I've got the same problem since last week. I had version v2021.1.44.0 installed, and thought that updating RDM might be a solution (updated to v2021.2.26.0). Unfortunately, it didn't help as it seems that 1Password did something on their side.

I'm watching this thread here.

Hello Gabriel,

It seems to work! I uninstalled the previous v2021.2.26.0 and installed v2021.2.27.0 (using Enterprise edition). My 1Password credentials are being pulled now again.
