Link Documents, Information and Contacts to several folders.
Is it somehow possible in RDM to Upload a PDF once, or create a contact one and "Link" it to several folders instead of copy it or upload it to every folder seperate?

correct! But I have several documents which repeat on several folders - so if uploading a document to a folder and link it to others would be cool.
Same with contacs :-)

Hello,
I confirmed with the engineering department that it would not be possible for attachments. With contacts, you will able to reference a contact entry that you created in Remote Desktop Manager to a Folder/Entry under the Asset tab of the entry -> Contact :
