Anyone use Teamviewer and RDM?

Hi,

after Wayk Bastion EOL I switch into TeamViewer. After that I lose one of my most used and major for me functionality of RMD... activity logs. I don't know how much time I support my customers and how much I should charge them.
Not every time I use RDP connections where time it's reported correctly, but only when I use TeamViewer host it's show connection time like 5 sec or like few RDM updates ago like ~2 min.

Anyone use TeamViewer as support tool? How do you reports time for customers?

ps.
I know I can pay double for TeamViewer and get premium account and this functionality from TeamViewer software, but it's not workaround for me right now.

Thank you for contacting us on this matter!

Unfortunately, TeamViewer does not offer an API for integrations, so we are limited to invoking it through a command line, which does not grant us much control over the session once it is started. This means that not all features that were available with our Wayk integration can be included in our TeamViewer integration.

That being said, if you use a team data source in RDM, you should be able to view your TeamViewer entry's logs to see the duration of the session. This can be accessed by right-clicking your entry in the Navigation pane and going to View > Logs, or opening the Dashboard's Logs tab while focused on the entry.
