There is no documentation about writing the public key. The problem is that the public key does not match the server

If the issue you're encountering is due to the Public key not matching the server, then I suspect that either adding the public key that you're using in RDM to your server or adding your server public key in your "SSH Shell" entry "Properties" should resolve the issue.

You can "Edit" the configured "Public Key" by going in your entry "Properties" under the "General" tab and pressing the "Set host public key" button.

I'm also wondering if you are currently able to connect to this remote host outside RDM?

I also have a few additional questions you can hopefully answer.

• Which version of RDM are you using?
• Which type of data source are you using?
• Which entry type are you using? I'm assuming SSH Shell, if that is incorrect let me know.
