How does Duo Work

Greetings,
I have been trying to find exactly how Duo works with the enterprise version. I am familiar with how to set it up but I have a question more around what the user sees.
1: Does the end user get prompted for DUO every time they launch an RDP session or only when they launch Devolutions for the first time and open the Data source housing the RDP clients.
2: Is there a timeout option so users cant just leave Devolutions open all the time and never be forced to DUO

What data source type are you connected to?
1: The user is prompted when connecting to the data source that stores your entries.
2: You can configure the Disconnect data source options like as mentioned in this online help topic. So if you enable the On idle, the data source will be disconnected after a specific amount of time and on reconnection, the user will be forced with Duo 2FA.
