Japanese Terminal encoding

A popular network product in Japan (YAMAHA network) uses CP932 (Shift_JIS) and EUC-JP encoding for Japanese character.
I want to use CP932 (Shift_JIS) and EUC-JP for terminal encoding. SSH, Telnet, Serial Console
