I want to use Barracuda Firewall Admin. I've added new session (Barracuda NG Firewall), in Global Settings changed path to the exe file but every time I tried to connect I've got message that program was not found, I accept this message and Firewall Admin is opening but this error is annoying. What can I do to make it work properly? I tried to change name of the exe file for something like ngadmin_8.2_GA.exe but it didn't work (I still have message that program was not found).

If you click on File and then select "Options", and then select "Paths" (File>Options>Paths) you'll find a button under "Application Installation Path" called "Configure Installation Path", once you click that button and select your Barracuda NG Firewall session, you should have a window that looks like this:
Simply configure the path to your "ngadmin_*.exe" by clicking the the dots (...) and once you click "OK" is should work.

Which version of RDM and what type of Data Source you are currently using? Also, do you have colleagues who are also experiencing this issue? The fact that this message comes up but the connection still works is peculiar.

Since you are not currently on the latest version of RDM, would it be possible for you to update to RDM 2021.2.23.0 and see if the same issue occurs? This version can be downloaded here: https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/downloadenterprise

According to my tests and the discussion I had with our Engineering Department, this message should only be shown when the path to the executable or the name of the executable is invalid. The behavior you are experiencing where closing this message still launches the Barracuda NG Firewall should not be possible.
