Bitwarden integration no longer working

Up until yesterday, the use of Bitwarden for "My personal credentials" was working fine for everyone that uses this with our company. Suddenly yesterday it stopped working, however. As a test, I went into "My personal credentials" and then chose the BItwarden option in the lower-left of that window. I left the "Host" field as Default and I put my email address and password in that I use for our corporate Bitwarden. When I click the "..." next to "Credentials", a progress bar pops up for a couple seconds and them I'm presented with an error window.

"Unable to retrieve Bitwarden credentials"

Bitwarden itself is working fine for everyone in the company. The only thing that I can think of is that we started forcing MFA for Bitwarden a couple of weeks ago, but that was a couple weeks ago. This issue just started happening yesterday. Any ideas what may be going on here?

Our company is using Remote Desktop Manager Enterprise (currently on version 2021.2.18.0 64-BIT). We use an on-premise SQL server as the backend data source. I'll provide any other details as needed that may be relevant.

An issue has been identified with our Bitwarden integration and fixed by our Engineering Department in RDM 2021.2.21.0. Would it be possible for you to try this version and see if this issue persists?
