Update to newest version / DPAPI

Update to newest version / DPAPI

avatar

Hello, updated to newest version and I use the portable option. At my PC @home I could not copy the .enc and .enb files, they are AFAIk DPAPI encrypted. And this is on as default. I reset my work notebook on a regular base so my data was destroyed, gladly I have enough backups. It would be fine to disable DPAPI on default or ask the user on first start after migrating if he want to tie his data to the current PC.
If I disable it all is well, except that I got sometimes a EFS toast message to save my certificate (why?).
Thanks in advance

Hi!

The EFS toast message was due to the way the application checked for DPAPI support. However, we changed how this detection worked in one of the subsequent minor version(to fix another bug) in a way that won't trigger this message, so downloading the new version should fix your issue!
