Hi,
I am using 2021.1.44.0 64BIT
When I have a specific website open in a RDM Tab (actually, it's with a Nakivo backup system web page), every time I hit the "R" key in any SSH tab session, it makes me come back on that "Nakivo" tab .... making un-possible to enter the 'r' caracter, anywhere else in a ssh tab.
I can "PAST" it ... but not "type" it.
I can enter "r" in an other "http"/https" tab
Anyone has an idea?
Please HELP ! :-D
Hello,
Quite strange, if you head over to File - Options - Keyboard, could you try to disable all the shortcuts in order to see if the issue persist?

Good morning...
I did try: same result.... :-(
So, no one for that praticular "R" key problem ? jumping on the "unwanted" RDM tab ?
(could it be a "code" in the webpage itself ?)
Hello,
I am unsure what could be the cause of that issue, since it is a specific to 1 website. You could try to switch the Web Browser used for that one entry?
Best Regards,
Etienne Lord
Hello,
I did try that as well... still same issue....
But indeed, you are right, strange cause happens only to "one" website....
:-s
Hello,
Could you give the latest version of Remote Desktop Manager a try in order to see if the issue persist? https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/downloadenterprise

Well,
I guess I will be able soon .... but since I opened the ticket, It seems our licence needs to be renewed..... i guess it will, then i'll be able to test....
As that "latest" version something specific on "that" ?
Kind regards
Hello,
Not quite sure why I didn't send a response for that post.
Were you able to renew and were you able to give it a try with the latest version of Remote Desktop Manager (Current latest version currently being 2021.2.26.0) in order to see if you still experience that behavior?
Best Regards,
Etienne Lord

Hello,
Could you setup a portable version of Remote Desktop Manager and let us know if the issue persist? :
1- Download the .zip file below:
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbin
2- Create a new folder on your Desktop
3- Extract the content of the .zip file into the folder created at #2
4- Go in this folder once the .zip file has been extracted and run remotedesktopmanager64.exe
5- Enter your current serial
