Login error with Password Hub datasource

Hi, when I open RDM and switch on our Password Hub for Business datasource, Firefox is raised up to login and then RDM shows this:

Sometimes not.

P.S. Login is always successful:

Hi Nicola,

Do you have multiple Devolutions Account?
By "sometimes not" do you mean that it doesn't always show that error message?

That error message is shown when Password Hub can't find your user in the list of users. It could happen by logging on the wrong account.

I only have one account, logged in RDM and bonded to Password Hub for Business.

Yes, seems that this behavior is random (at least to me). Could be related to the browser used for the login page?

Hi Nicola,

When you get the error, do you usually switch from a different data source? If so, which data source was previously selected?
Do you have application password configured in RDM?
What's your Firefox version?

Firefox 92.0.1 64 bit

Could be possible, but I just use a Local Datasource + Password Hub for Business. No app password in RDM yet (need to test Windows Hello).
