Thank you for your detailed message,

From quickly testing on my side, I've not been able to reproduce this behavior I'm wondering if you experience the same issue with a portable version of RDM. To do so, you will need to do the following:
1- Download the .zip file below:
https://remotedesktopmanager.com/home/thankyou/rdmbin
2- Create a new folder on your Desktop
3- Extract the content of the .zip file into the folder created at #2
4- Go in this folder once the .zip file has been extracted and run remotedesktopmanager64.exe
5- Enter your current serial

Also, are your colleagues experiencing the same behavior?

For your second point, I believe this is the intended behavior, the "Dashboard" will continue to display the previous selection even if the "Vault" is changed.

For your third point, this would be the name of your "Root" folder in this "Vault" you can change this by simply performing a "Right-click" on the "Root" folder and going under "Properties" and simply editing the "Root Name" field. I believe changing this to the same as the vault name would be what you're looking for.

Ive just tested with Portable RDM and have all the same Problems like mentioned above.
Yes, the whole company has the same Problem too.
Just for clarify, we are not using RDM only, we have a Devolutions Server for Data Source.

Can you please explain, why the second point should be the intended behavior?
Our understanding is, that what is actively selected should be displayed. And this is defintively not. It is absolutely incomprehensible when ive selected "Customer A" but the Dashboard displays "Customer D".

Thanks for the input to the third point. I just tried it, but its the same.
I modified the Root Folder Name, but it still displays on every Vault the Data Source Name, which is not correct, since there is at a minimum the Vault Name missing, due the folders are not located in the Data Source Root Folder.

Can you please recheck the specific points?

Indeed, my tests were performed on RDM 2021.1.44.0 with DVLS 2021.1.20.0 as a data source.

That is odd, I'm wondering if you could perhaps provide me a recording of this behavior? I will send you a link so that you can provide us the recording securely via private message, simply name this file "Forum-36172".

For your second point, I believe this is the intended behavior due to a discussion about another case I've had previously with our engineering department, that being said I will confirm with them and let you know.

For the third point, after testing once again you seem to be correct my recommendation for this would be to open a feature request this can be done directly from our forum.

Our feature request forum allows our community to submit/share ideas with our engineering department, our service desk, and our management team. It’s also an opportunity to our community to demonstrate an interest in your idea. We use this interest to prioritize the features we implement.

I just uploaded a Video of the Favorites Problem.

@Alexandre, the option "Show folder details/description" doesnt change anything at all except the title to the folder name instead of the entry name and showing/hiding the green "Folder Properties" icon.

This behavior is indeed odd, I've been unable to reproduce it from testing on my side, I've opened a ticket to our QA department to see if they are able to reproduce it, I will keep you updated on this.

I have news regarding your second point, unfortunately, currently, it is indeed the intended behavior. That being said, after discussing this with our engineering department I've opened an Improvement request.

Yes it is really strange, the whole Company has the same behaviour.
I just uploaded you the whole Config File (not sanitized). Its not a problem for me, because were using O365 Auth.
