Bypass logs for user groups

In the log section of an entry there's the ability to prompt for comments on open/close/view password

Are you able to add an ability to either bypass, or force these options, based on user groups?

For example, if we turn this on we have the ability to exclude the "Admin" group. Or, alternatively, turn on these opens for the "General User" group.
